Every gift matters. No matter how small or big, these gifts make a difference in the school.
THE SCHOOLS
IB College (Grades 11 – 12)
The IB College, now relocated in the purpose built Randa Kawar building, enjoys purposely designed learning and recreational spaces catering to the needs of our Grades 11 and 12 students.
Middle School (Grades 7 – 10)
Students in Grades 7 – 10 follow the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). In 2002, ABS was the first school in Jordan and the Middle East to be authorised to implement the MYP; a programme that provides an in-depth study of conventional subject areas within a challenging framework that emphasises the teaching of life skills for its students and prepares them for the challenges of the 21st Century.
K – Grade 6
The Primary school is authorised to offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) and its curricular framework. A strong academic foundation is established through an inquiry-based approach to discovery and learning. At the heart of the programme is the IB learner profile, students develop their skills, knowledge and attitudes based around these key attributes.
