ABS Capital Campaign 2015

ABS Capital Campaign

Towards a 21st Century Educational Environment!

As you are aware the ABS is continuing to make excellent progress with its Ten Year Master Plan for the facilities development of the school. This process has seen the construction of a new Kindergarten, renovation of the main school Cafeteria, Visual and Performing Arts department, whole school reception, outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, five-a side football pitch, renovation of all Junior School playgrounds, Kindergarten outdoor learning and play areas and, of course, the construction of the outstanding Randa Kawar IB College.

We have done so much but we still have so much left to do!

Such progress, as mentioned above, has only been possible due to the prudent financial management of the school combined with the very generous support of many donors and benefactors, who have contributed over 25% of the above costs. These donors and benefactors have been recognised through the school donor boards and also this year the major donors were acknowledged by HRH Princess Sarvath El Hassan, Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees, at the Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony.

We now need your help to move forward with the next stage of our Ten Year Facilities Plan!

The plans for the future include the renovation of the Middle Years School, especially the Science Laboratories, construction of a new central administration and student support and activities building, demolition of the former IB College to make room for a renovated outdoor space for the Middle Years School, replacement of the track and field surfaces and the construction of a new Performing Arts centre.

If you would like to make a difference and help your school move forward with the above, please consider making a donation!

I am pleased to inform you that the Board of Trustees has recently approved a new donor recognition policy, which includes the naming, in perpetuity, of specialised areas within the Randa Kawar IB College Building.

Please click here to see the full donor recognition policies or alternatively consider making a donation to our scholarship programme to enable a deserving student to benefit from all the advantages of an ABS education.

I thank you in advance for your support with the above programme and for any enquiries or offers of donations for either our Facilities Plan or Scholarships, please contact Mr Bryan

With sincere wishes,

Stuart Bryan
